Video: Investigating Sound

After a musical opening with Paul and his friends, Tanika leads movement that pins the unit vocabulary terms to the meanings of the words. Next, two students, with direction from their teacher, learn how to create and control sounds by making various items vibrate. They make a wide variety of instruments with everyday objects like rubber bands and cans. The students observe that sound vibrations can be heard, seen, and felt.
